1. Who we are
RideVibesBali (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates guided day tours in
Bali, Indonesia — including surfing lessons, ATV rides, river tubing, rice terrace
walks, and combined packages. Our primary meeting point is Double Six Beach, in front
of Zanzi Bar Restaurant, Seminyak, Bali. By booking with us through this website, you
agree to the terms below.
2. Bookings & confirmation
All tours must be booked via our website form or direct message. A booking request
is not confirmed until we reply by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. Tour places
are subject to guide and equipment availability.
3. Pricing & currency
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are charged per
individual participant on the booking. Any other currency shown on the site
is an approximation for convenience only — the final invoice will be issued in IDR.
4. Minimum group size
Every tour requires a minimum of three participants to operate. Bookings below the
minimum may be merged with other parties, rescheduled, or refunded at our discretion.
5. Availability — Friday is our day off
RideVibesBali does not operate tours on Fridays. Any date submitted through the
booking form that falls on a Friday will be rejected; please choose another day.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours
before departure. Within 72 hours, we’ll happily reschedule you onto
another available date at no extra cost.
6.1 Weather & safety cancellations
Safety is our only line in the sand. RideVibesBali reserves the right to cancel,
shorten, delay, or substitute any tour — in part or in full — where
conditions make it unsafe to proceed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Severe weather — heavy rain, electrical storms, dangerous swell, high winds.
- Flooding, landslides, road closures, or village ceremonies blocking access.
- Sea warnings, dangerous rips, jellyfish events, or lifeguard instruction to exit the water.
If we cancel for weather or safety, you will be offered your choice of a
full refund or a free reschedule to another
available date.
6.2 Natural disasters — tsunami, volcano, earthquake
Bali sits on an active geological belt. In the event of a tsunami warning,
volcanic eruption or ash event (including Agung, Batur, Rinjani), earthquake,
evacuation order, or any other natural disaster, all scheduled tours are
suspended immediately. You will be offered a full refund or a reschedule once
official advisories are lifted and conditions are confirmed safe by local authorities.
RideVibesBali is not liable for incidental costs (flights, accommodation, transport,
insurance excess) arising from force-majeure events, but we will do everything we
can to help you re-plan.
6.3 Late arrival & no-show policy
Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before your
scheduled start. Out of respect for the other riders in your group, tours depart
on time.
- Up to 15 minutes late — we’ll hold the group where possible; please contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
- More than 15 minutes late without contact — we may depart without you and the booking is treated as a no-show.
- No-show (failing to appear at the scheduled time and location, and not reaching us on WhatsApp) is not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Missed hotel pickup because the room number or address is incorrect is also treated as a no-show.
6.4 Day-of adjustments
In some cases, minor adjustments may be required due to traffic, access,
weather, or local conditions. We may change the meeting point, re-order
activities, or reshape the schedule to keep the day safe and enjoyable. Where a
change happens we’ll reach out on WhatsApp before the start of your tour; a
change of this kind is not grounds for a refund where the overall experience is
delivered.
6.5 Cancellation by you
Cancellations requested by you inside the 72-hour window may be rescheduled free of
charge, but are otherwise non-refundable. Refund requests must be made in writing
to ridevibesbali@proton.me and are
processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Health, safety & injuries
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. You must inform us prior to the trip of
any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancies so our
guides can tailor the day safely. You are responsible for following all safety
briefings, wearing the equipment we provide, and following the guide’s direction at
all times.
8. Equipment & what we provide
Hotel pickup and drop off, transport between activities, qualified local guides,
surfboards, ATVs, river tubes, helmets and life vests, bottled water and local
snacks. Personal travel insurance is not included and is strongly
recommended.
9. What to bring
A water bottle, towel, spare change of clothes, mosquito spray, sunscreen, and any
comfortable shoes. No specialist kit is required.
10. Conduct & refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for any participant who is
intoxicated, under the influence of illegal substances, behaving aggressively, or
putting others at risk. No refund is offered in these cases.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, RideVibesBali is not liable for
loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our tours, except where caused
by our gross negligence. Participation is at your own risk.
12. Intellectual property
All photography, branding, logos, copy, and site design on ridevibesbali.com belong
to RideVibesBali. You’re welcome to share photos of your own tour day on social
media; please tag @ridevibesbali.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown
on this page at the time you submit the booking form.

When you submit a booking request we collect your full name, country, email address,
phone or WhatsApp number, pickup location, chosen tour, preferred date, number of
participants, and any notes you share (such as surf experience, dietary needs, or
medical conditions). We also receive basic technical data from your browser —
IP address, device type, and pages viewed.
2. Why we use it
We use your details only to: confirm your booking, coordinate pickup, brief our
guides on any relevant health or experience notes, reply to questions, send you
practical reminders about your upcoming tour, and keep our own records as required
by Indonesian tax and tourism law.
3. How we store it
Booking requests are delivered to our inbox at ridevibesbali@proton.me
via the FormSubmit service. We do not operate a customer database; your information
lives in our end-to-end encrypted email account and in any booking record sheets we
keep internally.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum details needed with the guides on your specific tour. We do
not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We may disclose your
data if required by law or to protect the safety of riders and staff.
5. Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to collect anonymous usage data
(pages visited, session duration, device type) via first-party cookies
(_ga, _ga_*). We do not set third-party advertising
cookies. We also use minimal session storage for the booking form, currency
picker, and date picker.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the booking details we hold about you,
correct them, or delete them. Email

respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
Our booking form is intended for adults booking on behalf of themselves and their
party. Minors can participate in our tours (age limits apply per activity) but the
booking must be made by a parent or guardian.
